Anchoring brackets can be used to fix both jaw supports in place, stiffening the structure and minimising the deflection that normally occurs when clamping at a high height, once the desired opening has been established.

Furthermore, thanks to the screw system, which works in close proximity to the clamping surface, we have been able to significantly increase the height of the workpiece clamping without reducing the clamping force. 

Final clamping is very comfortable and instantaneous, thanks to a special guide inserted inside the jaw group, which moves the jaw and allows a 6 mm stroke.  The 5G vise , designed to meet today’s most demanding requirements, are very flexible, allowing the choice between different base lengths and jaw heights, up to a maximum opening of 510 mm and a clamping height of 190 mm.
